  1. Hey there,
I create different presets for different page for example,
    – Shop page
assign default filter presets, [price, gender, cloths etc]
    – Mens cloths page
assign mens filter presets, [price, cloths, etc]
whenever i select filter option from Mens cloths page, Result always displayed with shop page filter

      1. This filter allow only to select single category option at once for example i have category (Brand, Size, Type)
        Ex:
        Brand
        – A
        – B
        – C
        Size
        – 1
        – 2
        – 3
        Type
        – @
        – $
        – %

I need to select Brand A + Size 2 + Type @ but its allow only to select one category at once Brand A / Size 2 / Type @

      2. we already buy and we paid also once for tech support but if you provide at least some guidance for how to select multiple category that will be great. in future we will stick with this.

  2. Hello, the explanation for “Depend on” section is not complete. Please fill the rest of it because this option is not easy to understand. Thanks

  3. I Have Custom Taxonomies together with Product G=Categories so i want to Filter as Such.
If the Product Category is Mens so all Mens Products Will Show With all options below in Other Filters…
    Mens
    Topwear (Taxonomy 1)
    Vests(Taxonomy 2)
If Topwear is Selected than the Taxonomy 2 should only Show Options that are Available under Taxonomy 1 Selection.

Can not seem to make this work.

  4. Hi,

I really tried all sort of things, but I can’t seem to make it work. What I want: I have both Camera’s and Lenses. When people select ‘lenses’ in the filters, I want filters like ‘video quality’ or ‘megapixels’ to be gone from the page and same for when people search for camera’s, I don’t want to see the lens filters. How do I do that? Do I need to make different filter sets and add them both? Or Is there a certain setting in the adoptive part. The explanation on this page is not very clear to me to be honest.

    Thank you!

      1. @dzeriho if you answer here instead to redirect users to the support ticket, you will help many people instead that are just visiting the website for info and documentations. People that have a similar problem maybe.

        1. Hi, this is a private website, a Help Center for our items. I think that these articles will be restricted to customers only at one point, then we can share more info. Thanks.

          1. That is a weird way of doing things. I agree with Alex. Your ‘knowledge base’ is imcomplete and hard to understand. I am already dispondent with my purchase and this is after 30 minutes!

          2. Hi! You can only pre appointed after like 30days of using it, but still, this item is not really for noobs, so if you cannot make it, it’s just the way it is. I really can’t help each and everyone of you and that the plain ol’ truth.
