Welcome to Warranties and Returns for WooCommerce guide.
This guide covers basic installation and setup instructions for your WooCommerce Shop.
First we need to install the Warranties and Returns for WooCommerce plugin. Navigate to Plugins in your WordPress Dashboard.
Click Add New and then Upload Plugin. Upload the Warranties and Returns for WooCommerce ZIP archive which you have downloaded officially from Envato, Codecanyon.com or Envato Elements websites. Any other source is not valid and you’ll be at risk.
When done, click the Activate Plugin button. Warranties and Returns for WooCommerce is now set to go!
To visit plugin settings page and start this tutorial, navigate WooCommerce > Settings > Warranties and Returns.
This page is the plugin command center. You’ll be able to set all kind of things here.
Click the Installation tab. Here you can choose your request page and you will also have the option to set customer request display mode, heading size and other regular options.
If you are looking for where to create a warranty preset then you need to go to Products > Warranty Presets.
In the WordPress dashboard on the left sidebar you can find the Warranties and Returns section where all the warranty request are and where the warranty managment process happens.
